PILATES MAT

Pilates is a personal exercise practice with the primary focus on:

  • engaging the muscles of your core 
  • moving the body in rhythmic fluid motion
  • connecting one movement to the next 
  • building greater strength, flexibility, and endurance
  • enhancing performance and increasing well-being

Virtual Pilates Mat Class offerings are:

  • Fundamentals & Intro to Pilates
  • Level 1 Mat
  • Level 2 Mat

BARRE STRENGTH

Virtual Barre Class is a bodyweight workout:

  • targeting smaller muscles of the body by combining Pilates, Ballet, and Yoga techniques
  • building strength, stability, and flexibility from head to toe

NO experience OR ballet barre necessary. 

A chair, a mat, and small hand weights (or the equivalent) are required for class.


PERSONAL TRAINING

As your Virtual Personal Trainer, we will work together to define your path to success.  

Our partnership includes working to:

  • identify realistic and measurable health and fitness goals
  • design a custom fitness program (no home workout equipment needed)
  • establish a convenient  schedule

NUTRITION COACHING

A nutrient rich and balanced diet is essential to a healthy lifestyle! We partner to identify healthy food choices, examine food pyramid guides, and discuss food journaling.
